Thank you for shopping with The Bagaan Oil. Please read our policy carefully, as it details the limited circumstances under which we permit returns and refunds.


 

1. Limited Return & Refund Policy

 

Due to the nature of our product (oils and personal care items), all sales are final, and we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds.

We offer an exception to this policy only in the event of damage to the product during transit.


 

2. Qualifying Conditions for Refund

 

A refund will only be considered and processed for an order if one of the following conditions is met upon delivery:

  1. Bottle Breakage: The product bottle is visibly broken or shattered.

  2. Significant Leakage: There is substantial leakage from the sealed bottle due to a defect or damage incurred during shipping.

No other reasons, including change of mind, dissatisfaction with the product’s taste/scent/results, or minor scuffs/dents to the packaging box, qualify for a return or refund.


 

3. How to Report a Qualifying Issue (Claims Process)

 

If your order meets one of the qualifying conditions (breakage or leakage), you must report the issue within 48 hours of the delivery date shown on the courier’s tracking system.

To submit a claim:

  1. Immediate Documentation: Take clear, high-resolution photographs and/or a video showing the damaged shipping box, the packaging material, and the damaged/leaking bottle(s) clearly visible within the packaging.

  2. Contact Us: Email the documentation immediately to [Your Contact Email] with the subject line: “Damage Claim – Order #[Your Order Number]”.

  3. Review: Our team will review the provided evidence to confirm the damage during transit. We reserve the right to deny the claim if insufficient evidence is provided or if the damage appears to be due to post-delivery handling.


 

4. Refund Processing

 

If your claim is approved based on the evidence of breakage or leakage:

  • Refund: A full refund for the cost of the damaged item(s) will be processed back to your original method of payment.

  • Timeframe: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.

  • No Return Required: For approved claims of breakage or leakage, you will not be required to return the damaged item(s).


 

5. Non-Refundable Items

 

The following items/issues do not qualify for a return, refund, or exchange:

  • Any product where the seal is intact, but the customer is dissatisfied with the quality, scent, or flavor.

  • Minor dents, tears, or damage to the external shipping box or product packaging that does not affect the contents.

  • Any claim submitted after the 48-hour reporting window.

  • Any item not purchased directly from www.thebagaanoil.com.
